Ricetta
Step 1
Soften the butter in a microwave for a few seconds. Beat the egg with the sugar with an electric mixer, add the powdered almonds, the egg, the butter and the almond extract. Set to one side. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Roll out the pastry and line a tart tin with it. Prick the bottom of the pastry and place the tart in the oven for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and spread the cream over it. Wash the figs, carefully cut off the tops and then quarter them, keeping the skin on. Arrange artistically on the tart, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and return the tart to the oven to bake for a further 35 minutes or so.

- 10 figs
- 125 g of powdered almonds
- 60 g of butter
- 60 g of brown sugar + 2 tbsp
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of bitter almond extract
