Step 1
Cut the tops off the apples and core them gently with a melon baller, taking care not to damage them. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cut the flesh into small batons.
Step 2
Wash the celery heart. Rinse the mushrooms quickly and cut into batons the same size as the apples.
Step 3
Gently mix all the ingredients together. Add the chopped chervil. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and fill the cavities of each apple with the mixture. Serve chilled.
