Tasting Worshops
Palmer & Co Workshops invite guests to enjoy an exclusive immersion in the heart of the House’s historic pavilion. Designed as shared experiences accessible to all, these tailor‑made workshops offer an opportunity to discover the history, style, and art of tasting according to Palmer & Co, through engaging and approachable oenological experiences. From the study of terroirs to the influence of time, each workshop reveals a facet of the House’s signature, in an intimate setting that encourages exchange and the sharing of knowledge. Workshops are available by reservation.

Private Table
Palmer & Co Private Lunches offer an exclusive gastronomic experience, either at the heart of the House or at the Domaine du Chalet. Built around a four‑course menu created by the Chef and paired with five exceptional cuvées, each food and Champagne pairing is crafted jointly by the Cellar Master and the Chef. Guided by a member of the House, this intimate interlude provides a refined immersion into the Palmer & Co art of living.
