Recipe
Step 1
Rinse the figs and quarter them.
Step 2
Stew them gently in a saucepan with the honey and the cinnamon for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Season the slices of foie gras with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan without fat and sear the slices of foie gras for 1 minute on each side.
Step 5
Serve hot with the stewed figs.

• 4 slices of uncooked foie gras (approx. 80 g each)
• 8 fresh figs
• 1 tbsp. honey
• A pinch of ground cinnamon
• Salt and pepper
