Palmer & Co is one of the very rare champagne houses to have an impressive collection of rare vintages, such as 1989, 1987, 1985, 1979 and 1976. These precious bottles are stored “sur pointe” in the chalky cradle of our cellars.
The very long maturing period of these exceptional wines confers on them a rare degree of complexity and richness while at the same time preserving their remarkable freshness.
