Champagne Palmer & Co is opening the doors of its historic pavilion for you to experience a special moment. Discover the history and spirit of the House and the secrets of champagne tasting through two tailor-made workshops. This intimate immersion, accessible to all, will plunge you into the secrets of the Palmer & Co signature in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Monday to Friday by prior arrangement.

The Great Terroirs of the Montagne de Reims

70 € /person – Workshop for up to 8 people (Duration 1h30 – 2h) – Monday to Friday

Immerse yourself in the world of Palmer & Co through three emblematic signatures: La Réserve, Blanc de Blancs and Grands Terroirs.

This oenological journey will take you on a discovery of the expression of the Great Terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, its environment and its climate.

During this fun and interactive workshop, you’ll discover the different facets of these emblematic cuvées, as well as the keys to a better understanding of the art of tasting.

Time as a Legacy

120 € / person – Workshop for up to 8 people (Duration 2h00) – Monday to Friday

Presented as the fourth grape variety at Palmer & Co, time is inseparable from the House’s style.

Discover all the finesse and aromatic complexity characteristic of Palmer & Co wines.

This workshop will take you beyond champagne, as the wines here resonate with terroir, history, time, know-how and the inimitable style initiated by our elders. You’ll experience a moment out of time, with La Réserve, La Réserve Nature, Amazone de Palmer and an old vintage from our collection. Tasting accompanied by a gourmet plate.
