Recipe
Step 1
Rinse and remove the grapes from their stem. Cut them in half and remove seeds if necessary.
Step 2
Cut the aged Mimolette cheese into shavings with a paring knife.
Step 3
Wash and dry the salad.
Step 4
Roughly chop the walnuts.
Step 5
Mix the salad with the grapes, the walnuts and the Mimolette cheese in a salad bowl.
Step 6
Make the salad dressing: 3 tbsp. walnut oil, 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Dress the salad just before serving.

• 100 g of aged Mimolette cheese
• 1 handful of walnuts
• 1 seasonal salad (lamb’s lettuce, rocket, etc.)
• Walnut oil
• Cider vinegar
• Salt and pepper
