Step 1
Finely chop the beef with a knife.
Step 2
Open the oysters, remove the meat and roughly chop.
Step 3
Mix the beef with the oysters, the chopped shallot and the capers.
Step 4
Season with mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly, arrange in a serving ring and serve immediately.

• 400 g of beef (fillet or topside)
• 6 fresh oysters
• 1 shallot
• 1 tbsp. of capers
• 1 tsp. of mustard
• 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
• A drizzle of lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil
• Pepper
