Recipe
Step 1
Mix the yoghurt, the tandoori paste and the lemon juice with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Cover the salmon slabs with this marinade.
Step 3
Cover and leave to marinate in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 5
Place the salmon in an oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving.
